Kao Dim Sum

The first time I experienced Michelin Samsung in Barcelona was abac. We booked it one month in advance. Fortunately, we booked dinner at 9 o&#39;clock. There are two package options. The waiter was very intimate and recommended us a relatively short A package with a meal time. The second package takes about 4 hours. It is too difficult for us who are still on jet lag. There are 18 dishes in total, and each change will be re-matched with unique tableware. It feels not only to enjoy food, but also to enjoy art!

Food was not great. My dish consisted of three slabs of marinated tofu, nothing else. My partner&rsquo;s seitan schnitzel didn&rsquo;t have much seitan or any accompaniments either. We asked the waiter if we&rsquo;d misunderstood the menu and should&rsquo;ve ordered sides ourselves, but we were told that&rsquo;s just how the food comes. Also the chairs were rather uncomfortable.

I have been here several times and also many times in China. This restaurant, management and service gives a good impression of what it represents. Good food, very professional service, atmosphere and excellent wine list.

I went to have lunch, and the menu surprise me. You can taste different specialities based on dim sum, the service is very kind and explain you how you have to mix the different sources. The local is very personal and you can enjoy a perfect atmosphere. They also have a duck menu that I would like to taste in my next visit.

1/10Totalmente inaceptable que te sienten en 2 mesas de relleno ubicadas en un pasillo entre el ba&ntilde;o y la cocina donde constantemente pasan camareros y cocineros con palanganas llenas de platos sucios.Y te cobren un precio de restaurante de 1a categoria.La comida muy rica, PERO NO VALE TODO.Lo mas ironico fue oir a la hija del propietario hablar de la calidad del servicio y la importancia de la experiencia. MUY MAL
